Keen walkers, beginners and ramblers with rover will find a walk that suits during the North Devon and Exmoor Walking Festival. The 66 guided walks are graded for all abilities and designed to reveal the area's beautiful scenery on foots. Some highlights include:
- Free guided walks around the Royal Horticultural Society Garden Rosemoor, including one led by a local professional photographer
- The launch of several new walking routes, including a five mile route at the National Trust's Arlington Court, a six mile, "High Beacons and Cairns" Walk to the top of Exmoor and a four-day, 35 mile walk, including meals and accommodations, along the Exmoor section of the new South West Coast Path.
- A wild food walk looking into bushcraft and the uses of British flora and fauna.
- Outings on the 80 mile, Tarka Trail and in Lorna Doone country.
