Fifteen of Scotland's top chef's prepare taster portions of their signature dishes and 80 of Scotland's top food and drink producers show off their wares. Buy "Crowns", worth 50p each, to use as festival currency to buy various dishes. Most dishes cost 6 to 10 "Crowns".
