Highlights include:
- Sonnet Walks Saturday, April 19, between 10 a.m. and 12:45 p.m.,walks led by a performing "sonneteer" leave every 15 minutes, from Westminster Abbey and the site of the original Globe in Shoreditch, for tours of Tudor London. This is a ticketed event.
- A Free party for all Sunday,April 20, the theatre throws open its doors to one and all for a whole day of free events including workshops on the Globe stage and performances by the theatre's favorite musicians. Members of the public -- including you -- can deliver Shakespearean lines to a packed auditorium of groundlings, lords and ladies, from the Globe stage. Footsbarn Theatre Company, who are participating in the 2008 season, are also taking part.
