This small, independent film festival began at the same time as the Edinburgh Fringe and Edinburgh International Festivals, in 1947. Originally a festival for documentary films, today it includes feature films, short films and retrospectives from UK and international filmmakers. Well known actors, writers and directors often give talks at In Person events.
