Blists Hill High Street
Step through the entrance of Blists Hill Victorian Town and go back more than 100 years. The living museum demonstrates everyday life and work in a small industrial town on the Shropshire Canal, near the Ironbridge Gorge.
It was the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II in 2012, but on the Blists Hill High Street it was 1897 and the banners and pennants celebrated the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria.
