The Hotel du Vin in Winchester, like the others in the Hotel du Vin micro-chain, is a simple but stylish boutique hotel set in an architecturally interesting, city center building. In this case, it is one of central Winchester's most important Georgian buildings, dating back to 1715. Both the bistro and the hotel's champagne bar are intimate in scale and there is a traditional, 18th century walled garden.
Rooms feature use luxurious materials with minimalist restraint. Bathrooms, on the other hand, are for hedonists, with spacious baths and power showers.
