Run by the West Suffolk branch of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA), this festival attracts thousands of drinkers in search of a perfect pint. It is unusual in that it is one of the few that features ales and beers from within one geographic area - in this case, East Anglia.

There are at least thirty breweries and counting. Several micro-breweries are included and a few "real cider" makers as well. Free soft drinks are provided for designated drivers.
