Lulworth Castle is a 400-year-old, fairytale castle in Dorset which played an interesting role in the English Civil War as well as Anglo and American Catholic history. Throughout the season, which extends from early spring to late autumn, there is something going on at Lulworth Castle. Use this information to plan your visit:

  • Directions:From the A352 at Wool, west of Bournemouth, follow brown signposts to the Castle. By rail, Wool station is 2hours ten minutes from London Waterloo.(check National Rail Enquiries) The castle is a 10 minute taxi ride from the station.
