If you've been keeping up with the prophesies of the far out flaky wing of society, the world is apparently scheduled to end on 21 December 2012 when the planet Nibiru collides with earth, smashing us all to smithereens. Now, if you are as worried about all of this as I am, might want to head to Brighton for the annual Winter Solstice festival, The Burning of the Clocks, which takes place on the same night.
As my Brighton friend Brian Snow of The Avalon points out, the coincidence of Brighton's annual fire festival with "doomsday" is bound to make for a pretty spectacular fireworks show. How can you afford to miss it when it may be your last chance...ever.
