Free Travel for Kids on Heathrow Express July and August

Wednesday June 24, 2009
When it comes to traveling with a crowd, every little savings helps. So family visitors arriving in the UK via London's Heathrow Airport this summer will want to take advantage of a money saving offer from Heathrow Express. From next Wednesday July 1 to August 31, children between 5 and 15 years old traveling with a fare paying adult go free of charge.

Heathrow Express runs trains between Heathrow Airport and Paddington Station in Central London, leaving from either terminus every 15 minutes for the 15 minute journey. The offer is good for one free child's ticket for every full fare, adult ticket purchased. Tickets must be booked in advance on the Heathrow Express website. The saving, per child, is £8.20 Express Class(£16.00 round trip), or £13 First Class (£25 round trip).
