Christmas Already?! Postal Deadline for Oxbridge Cathedral Tickets Nears

Sorry to bring it up - when you probably haven't even bought the Halloween sweeties yet - but if you're thinking you might attend one of England's famous Cathedral Christmas services, the time to start planning is now.
Tickets are free - but required - for one of the most famous Cathedral Christmas Eve Services, the Nine Lessons and Carols at Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford - and postal applications must be in by the end of October.
At King's College Chapel Cambridge, The Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols was created 90 years ago and has been broadcast, by the BBC, for 80 years. So you've probably already heard it. But if you'd like to attend, you have to line up hours in advance. If you can't, because of disability or illness, you may be able to obtain one of the limited number of free tickets. But once again, the end of October is the deadline for applying.
