New Run of RSC's Hamlet Set for London

I've got some good news, some bad news and some good news.
The good news is, if you missed your chance at getting tickets for the Royal Shakespeare Company's (RSC) sold out production of Hamlet with Dr. Who star David Tennant and Patrick Stewart, all is not lost. The successful production is transferring to London's Novello Theatre. It will run from December 3, 2008 to January 10, 2009 and tickets are available.
The bad news is, unless you are a member of the RSC, you won't be able to buy a ticket until Friday, September 12.
But here's some more good news - joining the RSC as a full, associate or overseas member is not complicated. And if you are keen to see this production, joining means you can buy tickets online later this month (Full members, June 25) or early next (Associate Members July 9), or by post a bit earlier.
The RSC's London season will also include A Midsummer Night's Dream (January 15 to February 7) and The Taming of the Shrew (February 12 to March 7), at the Novello, as well as two new plays commissioned for the RSC, The Tragedy of Thomas Hobbes, by Adriano Shaplin, and The Cordelia Dream, by Marina Carr. The new plays will run between November 12 and January 10 at Wilton's Music Hall, the world's oldest surviving grand music hall theatre.
