The BBC has reported that the UK is the most "surveilled" society in the world. There are a lot of CCTV and webcams out there watching us. Just last week the government announced funding for 20 towns to install CCTV that talks back -- tells you to bin that litter or put away that can of spray paint, pronto.

It may seem a bit creepy but, one result of Big Brother watching us, is the enormous number of webcams you can visit.
