Talk about charming country pubs - The Royal Oak in Hampshire's New Forest has charm in spades - also a thatched roof, half timbering, an inglenook fireplace and free range pigs wandering in the beer garden. Have lunch here and you might also see some of the New Forest's famous wild ponies.
